From a young age, I was captivated by the idea of helping others. This passion led me to pursue my CIPD qualifications, where I discovered my true calling. During my studies, I gained invaluable insights into best practices and innovative strategies for fostering harmonious and efficient workplaces. This journey not only reinforced my dedication to the HR field but also equipped me with the tools to make a meaningful difference.

My career started with diverse administrative roles across multiple corporations. The challenges were significant, but they also presented tremendous opportunities for growth. I threw myself into every facet of my responsibilities, finding joy in helping others and enabling them to reach their full potential. My involvement in HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and strategic planning was particularly rewarding.
